INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup plain oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup dark choc chips – “Guittard” extra dark choc chips
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1oz chopped walnuts
  • 2 Truvia packets
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375degrees
  2. Blend all ingredients except for walnuts and chocolate chips
  3. Add walnuts and chocolate chips and stir well
  4. Spray regular-sized muffin pan with organic cooking spray
  5. Bake 35 minutes or until outside is golden brown
