  • 25 High Knees
  • 25 Tush Kicks
  • 20 Squat to Side Reach

In honor of our troops, please complete 3 rounds of the following:

  • 15 Jump Squats
  • 25 Mountain Climbers
  • 15 (each side) Side Plank Dips
  • 10 Burpees with Pushup
  • 15 (each side) Side Lunges
  • 15 Triangle Pushups
  • 25 Leg lifts
  • 25 V-Sit Crunches
