- 25 Jumping Jacks
- 25 High Knees
- 25 Tush Kicks
- 20 Squat to Side Reach
In honor of our troops, please complete 3 rounds of the following:
- 15 Jump Squats
- 25 Mountain Climbers
- 15 (each side) Side Plank Dips
- 10 Burpees with Pushup
- 15 (each side) Side Lunges
- 15 Triangle Pushups
- 25 Leg lifts
- 25 V-Sit Crunches
