I love starting out my weekend with a good Friday night’s sleep, a super saturday morning sweat, and then a delicious, relaxing brunch of course! Maybe you had a stressful work week. Maybe your wagon wheels tend to get a little squeaky on the weekends. Or, maybe you just crave those endorphins; this “Saturday Slim Down” will have you sweating out the toxins, and loading you up with the happy chemicals. No matter how hard you push through this, you’ll never regret a workout!

SATURDAY MORNING SLIM DOWN
*Warm up with 10 minutes of light cardio Giant Superset 1: Complete 3 rounds. Rest for 1 minute after each round.
- 20 Jump Squats
- 20 Single Leg Pushups (10 each leg)
- 25 V-Ups
- 20 Split Jumps
- 25 Tricep Dips on Bench
- 40 Hip Twisters (20 each side)
- 10 Burpees
Giant Superset 2: Complete 3 rounds. Rest for 1 minute after each round.
- 20 Forward Lunges w/hands on head
- 50 Mountain Climbers
- 20 Reverse Lunges w/hands on head
- 30 Supermans
- 30 Leg Lifts
- 40 Side Plank Dips (20 each side)
- Plank (as long as possible)
