Today is a day of leisure.  And typically pretty sedentary. Also filled with boozy brunches and football appetizers. There’s no reason you shouldn’t enjoy yourself, but hey, that’s what balance is for. So balance yourself out by completing this no-equipment, calorie-torching, total body workout…anywhere you’d like

 

DURATION: 25-30 minutes total

WORKOUT:

WARM UP:

  • 30 High Knees
  • 30 Jumping Jacks
  • 30 Butt Kicks
  • 30 Lateral Ankle Taps
  • 20 Star Jumps (squat then jump while extending all limbs, land softly)

COMPLETE 4 ROUNDS OF:

  • 20 Forward to Reverse Lunges (10 each side, place hands on hips)
  • 15 Incline Push Ups (place hands on couch, chair seat, or coffee table)
  • 20 Supermans
  • 20 Elbow to Knee Crunches
  • 15 Decline Push Ups (place feet on couch, chair seat, or coffee table)
  • 20 Jump Prisoner Squats (keep hands behind hand and interlock fingers)
  • 50 Flutter Kicks (place hands under tailbone or glutes for support)

Ahhh…don’t you feel SO MUCH BETTER?! Dripped in sweat, calories-be-gone, and now it’s time to relax and enjoy the rest of your Sunday, with a crankin’ metabolism. Be proud of yourself, because I am! HAPPY SUNDAY 🙂
