We are rounding the bend for warmer days, and even hotter wardrobes. If you’ve enjoyed a little too much comfort food this winter, or just need an extra boost to stay on the fitness wagon, this workout will tone and tighten all those areas in need. No equipment necessary and can be completed almost anywhere, leaving no room for excuses. So get your sweat on and be thankful for the ability to move the body you have. After all, when you feel your best, you live your best 🙂

Warm Up:

  • 5o jumping jacks (modification: step jacks)
  • Run in place for 1 minute
  • 30 total, reverse lunges
  • 20 prisoner squats (interlock fingers and keep behind head)

Workout:

  • 180 squat jumps (20 total)
  • 15 diamond pushups
  • Forward to reverse lunge, no stopping in middle. (15 each leg)
  • 50 mountain climbers
  • 20 Crab kicks (in stationary crabwalk position, continuously reach opposite arm to opposite leg)
  • 10 burpees with pushup and squat jump
  • REPEAT 3X

Cooldown:

Hold 3 different stretches on each side of the body for 10 seconds. And finally, lay with your back on the floor, limbs extended out as comfortably as you’d like, and just breathe. Stay there for as long as you need. You earned it.
