Give yourself 10 minutes to double or triple up the recipe to pre-make and keep in fridge for an on-the-go breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

  1. Cover pan with organic cooking spray
  2. Turn heat on low
  3. Cover pan with organic cooking spray
  4. Turn heat on low
  5. Then add the diced tomatoes, chopped avocado, and Swiss cheese
  6. Cover the pan, cook on low for about 3 minutes
  7. Remove lid, flip omelet into half circle, turn off heat and let sit for about 2-3 minutes
  8. Place half circled omelet into wrap, squirt 1tbsp organic ketchup on top
  9. Wrap it up, then Grab n’ Go!
