No matter what anyone says, kiddie comfort foods will always be fan favorites. But most times, not waistline favorites. I have been in the mood for an ooey gooey peanut butter and jelly sandwich, minus all the heavy calories and sugars. So, I grabbed what I had in the fridge and made a masterpiece, approved by my tastebuds. If you have 5 minutes, 3 ingredients, and room in the tummy for a power-packed, lower calorie, lower sugar meal…try this:


DIRECTIONS: – Schmear 1 tablespoon of organic nut butter on one slice of Ezekiel bread – Wash then slice organic strawberries and cover the other slice of bread – Spray┬ápanini grill OR frying pan with organic cooking spray, place sandwich down, and cook on low/medium for 2 minutes on each side.


This make sandwich will surely┬átake your tastebuds back to the good ol’ days. Happy summer!
