One of the top struggles with nutrition is finding great choices for on the go.  I’ve come up with a bunch of solutions that serve as quick, affordable, crowd pleasers to keep in your fridge at all times! The recipe below is one of my favorites. I usually make about 5-6 wraps at once, seal them tight, and toss them in the fridge in the beginning of the week. Serves as great lunch for me or small meal for him!

Ingredients: Makes 1 serving

  • 3-4oz of baked or grilled fresh mahi mahi
  • Handful of organic alfalfa sprouts
  • A schmear of your favorite hummus (I love Tribe brand)
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla wrap

Instructions:

Bake 1lb of fresh mahi mahi (or fish of your choice)

Schmear the hummus on your tortilla

Toss a handful of alfalfa sprouts in there

*Add diced carrots for an extra crunch, or another crunchy diced veggie
