INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup oats
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2.5 cups shredded cheese
INSTRUCTIONS: (makes 12 servings)
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Toss the broccoli in a food processor if necessary, or just finely chop. Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl and throughly mix. Evenly distribute contents into muffin tin. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
