From a Marketeer to Motivator

Marketing promotes a product.  Motivating promotes a person.  I am a people person. Fitstyl’d promotes you.

For several years I worked in the fitness industry marketing wellness, but not until I began coaching people one-on-one and in small groups did I feel I was doing my best work.  My approach is to become partners with my clients.  Together, we give each other energy.
