I’ve been super excited to test out these mini bread pans that I found at my local grocery store. And of course, my first instinct led me to whip up something chocolate-y, carb-y, and banana-y. This ‘lil blog of mine will be posting many more, different recipes involving these pans! Please feel free to send me requests from your tastebuds and I will do my best to create something mouth-watering!


3 mashed bananas

1/2 unsweetened almond milk

1 egg

2 cups oat flour

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

6 shakes cinnamon

2/3 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder


Set oven at 350 degrees. 

Mash bananas in mixing bowl. Add rest of the ingredients and mix everything until blended well. Spray bread pans with organic coconut spray. Divide contents evenly into pans. Bake for about 12 minutes!

Protein: 3 grams

Fat: 2 grams
