INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup plain oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup dark choc chips – “Guittard” extra dark choc chips
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1oz chopped walnuts
- 2 Truvia packets
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375degrees
- Blend all ingredients except for walnuts and chocolate chips
- Add walnuts and chocolate chips and stir well
- Spray regular-sized muffin pan with organic cooking spray
- Bake 35 minutes or until outside is golden brown
