CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES
Serves 1-2
INGREDIENTS:
– 1/2 diced banana
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
– 4 egg whites
– 3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spray pan with organic olive or coconut oil cooking spray. Mix ingredients in bowl until blended. Turn burner on low heat and pour all ingredients into pan. Cook until edges are slightly browned.
Tricks: If you’re a maple syrup lover, spread 1tsp low-sugar syrup on top. Or, top with fresh ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
