WARM-UP (no backpack)
- 50 jumping jacks
- 50 (total) squat to single arm overhead reach
- 25 (total) mountain climbers
WORKOUT (backpack placed on back)
- 25 Prisoner Squats
- 20 Push-ups
- 20 (total) Front lunges
- 20 (total) Reverse lunges
- 20 Tricep push-ups
- 40 (total) Squat to side sick
- 1 minute Plank hold
*Remove backpack, place on chest, hold top of straps:
- 25 Squat to overhead raise
*Remove some weight, hold straps together:
- 20 Bicep curls
- 20 Tricep overhead press, seated
REPEAT 2-3X
