WARM-UP (no backpack)
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 50 (total) squat to single arm overhead reach
  • 25 (total) mountain climbers
WORKOUT (backpack placed on back)
  • 25 Prisoner Squats
  • 20 Push-ups
  • 20 (total) Front lunges
  • 20 (total) Reverse lunges
  • 20 Tricep push-ups
  • 40 (total) Squat to side sick
  • 1 minute Plank hold
*Remove backpack, place on chest, hold top of straps:
  • 25 Squat to overhead raise
*Remove some weight, hold straps together:
  • 20 Bicep curls
  • 20 Tricep overhead press, seated
