THE MANCAKE
Who’s HANGRY?! This protein pancake is made for a giant appetite. Hungry husbands, growing kiddos, or fitnessĀ competitors alike, will love this one!
INGREDIENTS:
- 15 dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 c old fashioned oats
- 1 small diced banana
- 8 shakes cinnamon
- 5 egg whites
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup to drizzle on top
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients into bowl
- CoatĀ pan with organic coconut cooking spray
- Turn on low heat for 1 minute
- Dump ingredients into pan
- Cook on medium for about 3 minutes then flip for another 3 minutes
- Once rim is slightly brown, place onto plate and drizzle maple syrup
