THE MANCAKE

Who’s HANGRY?! This protein pancake is made for a giant appetite. Hungry husbands, growing kiddos, or fitnessĀ competitors alike, will love this one!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15 dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c old fashioned oats
  • 1 small diced banana
  • 8 shakes cinnamon
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup to drizzle on top

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients into bowl
  2. CoatĀ pan with organic coconut cooking spray
  3. Turn on low heat for 1 minute
  4. Dump ingredients into pan
  5. Cook on medium for about 3 minutes then flip for another 3 minutes
  6. Once rim is slightly brown, place onto plate and drizzle maple syrup
